Deputy Director of Nursing

Criteria:

• The candidate should be a fully qualified professional nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing nursing service/care.
• Should exhibit competency and responsibility in the organisation and management of nursing service.
• Should have at least 4 years experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing /or equivalent senior administrative post.

or

• A professional nurse with 3 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing.
• Acquired a Degree/Diploma in management, or any other specialised field.
